For food vendors, customer trust is limited due to lack of confidence in ingredient awareness. It is quite common in this era for the individual to have a food allergy, sensitivity, or aversion. Finding out the ingredients of products they enjoy is essential to the consumption and purchase of them. For the vendors that sell these items, it is important for them to relay the nutritional facts to their customers- however giving them a written piece of paper with a list is not enough.
In the fall of 2019 I worked in a pair to find a problem in our community. We attended the Northport Farmers Market, and from there we started our research. My role in this project was conducting surveys and interviews, as well as developing the user for a food vendor.
